Natalie shau
Shau is a Lithuanian illustrator who works mainly with digital images and is the artist who first made me aware of the Pop Surreal movement. I take inspiration from her use of colours and surreal style.
Brian M Viveros
From artists within the Pop Surreal movement I admire Viveros’ style and beautiful skin tones the most. I like the contrast of the skin and asthetics of the women in his pictures against the dirty, rough style they have.
Bob Dob
Bob Dod is an American Artist who states he likes to create world’s where the dark side of human nature is present. It is both this and his creation of unique skin tones which drew me into his work.
Esao Andrews
Andrew’s is another Pop Surreal artist from America that I think creates interesting skin tones and atmosphere is his paintings through use of colour.
Alice Neel
Neel is said to be one of the greatest American painters of the 20th century. I particularly like her distinct use of colours for skin tone.

John Currin
Currin is an American painter who often exaggerates the female form. Although a respected artist in the Fine Art world his work reminds me of pop surrealism with it's humour and Pin up style women.
